Mission: To conduct activities that contribute to community development in dutchess county to include advancing quality of life and public concern issues and to establish scholarship and grant programs for students assisting the foundation with its charitable and educational purpose.
Programs: Leadership dutchess: quality leadership program that better equips area professionals with the skills needed to take on leadership roles that will result in making positive, long-term changes in our communities and in the world of business.

youth leadership: collaborative four year program with area school districts that is designed to develop leadership and life skills of area youth who will serve as the business leaders of tomorrow.
