Mission: To improve the quality of life of those we serve by continually enhancing the health and human services provided.
Programs: The organization provides medical services to patients. In 2016, la fe's community health centers had 47,347 medical encounters. Improvements to access to primary care were accomplished this project period through strategic services and expansions. This process allowed la fe to convert itself into a front-line community asset and medical home for the many families that have become victims of our challenging national economy. in 2016 la fe's community health centers had 14,164 dental encounters. La fe expanded its central dental department through the use of incubator state funding and will be able to assist more families with a safer and more efficient operation and patient flow. Through its 49 years of uninterrupted community service, la fe has become a stable and reliable leader in the establishment of a health care safety net to continue to address our community's health disparities.
