The building located in downtown dover, delaware and enhances the area as well as increases employment in the downtown district.
Programs: Endowment funds invested in the delaware community foundation. The organization receives 5% of the principal each year to make contributions to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations that meet the grant criteria established annually. A seperate committee reviews the applications and makes the recomendations to award the grants.
