Mission: Mission Statement “Veterans Inspiring the Next Generation” “To produce the nation’s premier STEM Education Outreach Program, focused on the Title 1 schools which have a high percentage of “at-risk” and special needs students in order to promote academic and career awareness in multiple career clusters, resulting in a sustainable STEM literate workforce which is critical for our nation’s freedom and economy.”
Target demographics: Our youth find the connection between STEM subjects in school and real world applications and careers and to assist our Military Veterans find a purpose again after leaving the military.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 26,000 students, K-12, across the southeast learn about the connection between STEM and real world careers. We also directly helped 20 Veterans find a "place" that provides new mission for them so that they can reconnect.
