Programs: Community development and outreach services: assist individuals, families and communities in the provision of services which support and enhance growth and development in the areas of community nutrition programs, youth development, employment and training, health promotion, community educational intervention and outreach initiatives and social enterprises. senior social services: mission is to help seniors remain living in the community as independently as possible. Provided in-home and related supportive services for seniors on a non-residential basis; including case-management, homemaker services, adult day services, home-delivered and congregate meals and senior activity centers. Total clients served = 114,330
housing services provides dignified, safe and affordable housing for individuals and families across the lifespan. It includes four congregate emergency shelters, transitional and permanent supportive housing using a scattered site model. Clients served:6,574.
