provided administrative service for the carroll county chamber of commerce and its staff for 2014. This chamber has approximately 660 members. Ct staff attended over 100 meetings and events held by or for the chamber for 2014.
the foundation's business incubator, the burson center:assisted 19 new start-up businesses as resident or affiliate clients; 4 graduate businesses. Center staff and resource partners provide 204 business enterprises with development assistance and support services, including training in government procurement, sales and use taxation, customer service and employee relations.
