I heard if ILI from a friend of my parents. I attended a free training that gave me insight and tools for better leadership in my home, community and church. The ILI as an institute is set out to equip men and women in the knowledge and personalty of Christ.

I did Module 1 couple of months ago and I attend monthly online Workshops where we Fellowship, share experiences as well as being sharpened on how to mobilise souls to meet Christ. We were introduced to ILI by the Director of Development in 2006 while traveling in the same group in Italy. Organizational leadership has always been at the forefront of our endeavors. After learning more we attended a training in Tennessee. The curriculum, the staff and the presenters were amazing. We knew we had to share with others in Colorado and soon held a training there. Again, well done. We started teaching the curriculum to organizations and soon began a nonprofit that not only trained adults but also children and youth. We have had the opportunity to observe the commitment of ILI to “practice what it preaches” and is trustworthy in all aspects of the organization.

We have been following this wonderful organization for over 10 years now. Their consistency and relevance has been unmatched, and we support/engage with lots of non-profit ministries! They continue to have an incredible impact on an international scale, and we can't advocate for them enough.

My Name is Nancy Muiruri and I am Mother of four adult kids.My husband passed on 2011 but the Lord has been so good to us.
I relocated to the USA in 2013 and from that time my life changed a lot.I have always been a church going person all my life and I got saved when I was still a teenager so I don’t know any other life except of being a Christian.
When I relocated to the US I was blessed to find the same Church I was attending in my country Kenya.I was very active in the women ministry in Kenya and when I joined the Church in US I found that they did not have an active women ministry.I approached the Pastor with idea of starting the Ministry known as the Mothers Union and by the Grace of God He agreed from that time to now there was no turning back.
Every year during the month of August we celebrate a week known as the talent week.What we do we visit the sick the homeless and on Sunday that’s when we come to climax of the week by doing different activities in the Church.
This year 2021 after going through the ILI training I applied most of what I had learned and I praise God because it was a great success I have already introduced some of the Ladies to the training and I hope they will gain as much as I did.

I am very careful about the organizations that I support through monetary donations. There are far too many that do not fully carry through on their claims or that allocate a much lesser portion to actually go for goodwill or toward helping others. Unfortunately, this is sometimes true for Christian organizations, as well. Before I began donating to ILI, I researched it even though I knew the individuals who began it. I found a group of people who truly work beyond almost unimaginable circumstances to prepare individuals in other countries around the world so they can share the Word of God. Some have risked their lives in adverse situations because they believed so much in what they are doing. The work being accomplished by this group is to be admired and respected. Although my contribution is meager, it adds up with others to support this worthy effort to advance Christ's Kingdom. May God bless the work of ILI.

I first became aware of ILI in 2002 when I travelled to a missions conference in Florida. I heard Al VomSteeg and Wes Griffin speak about the work they were doing to accelerate the spread of the Gospel throughout the world and I met folks who were currently multiplying the Eight Core Values through conferences.

As a church planter, pastor and leader, I have found ILI to be a trusted partner. Our church began to support ILI before we had even taken up our first worship offering. I am grateful for the impact ILI has had on my personally and on our church.

I had a wonderful and amazing experience with the ILI Inc. that money cannot buy. It is something that develop courage, zeal and passion for the lost. Now I am ready and available for the master's use. I will forever serve my heavenly father who is the king of king and Lord of Lords.

I’ve had the privilege of joining the ILI Team and being trained in the History Makers Leadership Training that emphasizes the 8 Core Values imperative for effective leadership. It piqued me to know that such a course with a curriculum, which when extended or stretched, is similar to what one would find in a mini-MBA program (or in a certificate or masters degree program in Organizational/Transformational Leadership or Strategic Management) could be generously offered for free, and as well, chivalrously.

Yet, I had the opportunity to be involved in other Regional Conferences with the ILI Group where I received hand on Flight School live trainings via Zoom that equipped me for the next leadership level by affording me with both networking resources and tools/skill sets needed in moderating, facilitating, conducting or hosting trainings for other leaders in my community or surrounding. The Flight School Leadership Training or Conference was very crucial and helpful in my circumstance, in the sense that at the time of the training, I was a “Gold Badge, Three-Star Ambassador” of the ILI Group, and as a result, had as my downline, a cumulative total of about 50 burgeoning leaders who through my invitation had joined the ILI global community.

I have only wondered, if not for the significant enormous costs involved, and as well, the correspondent need for a crop of volunteer workforce and/or qualified faculty members, why International Leadership Institute (ILITeam.org) has not sought for the US Department of Education’s Regional or National Accreditation [such as, and especially, DETC or DEAC for distance/online education] so as to begin to award certificates, diplomas and degrees like so many other approved full-fledged accredited universities do.

Perhaps, the ILITeam.org might seek a less expensive route by affiliating itself with such government approved and accredited degree-awarding evangelical or non-denominational seminaries, schools or universities, such as, South African Theological Seminary (SATS), Nations University New Orleans LA, Manna University Fayetteville, North Carolina, or Greenwich School of Theology (GST) in the UK, amongst many others, in awarding academic or professional diplomas, certificates, graduate degrees and postgraduate degrees in Spiritual Care/Formation, Christian Leadership and Strategic Church Growth degree programs to her qualified students even at a minimal or affordable cost.

My prayer to God for all the leaders, founders, donors, financiers and faculty members/staff of this great cause and institute is that He may give to you all the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, so that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the length and breadth and depth and height of your calling into this great cause known as the ILI mission or commission, to the intent that you sustain, expand and fulfill this great vision cast in the area of equipping leaders in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ both globally and effectively.

ILI has greatly impacted me on the understanding of vision, delegation, and developing other leaders. I could not have afforded a paid up program but ILI aptly met my need.

I have been eñligthened much from ILI team all through their lessons to end. It has been effective and vividly. I'm a transformed person and because the usefulness of teachings Im using the Materials I acquired from them (ILI) to train my church leaders as well as community church planting network members and it is transformiñg their life. Now and then I'm joined together with them for encouragement and guidance for better performance as I serve God in my Country Kenya.

The course is interesting and life transforming.It teaches what a servant leadershp looks like with biblical knowledge.The other important thing is that the course is free of charge because most people lived in Africa and other poor country can not afford at all.I am living in Ethiopia where internet connection is very poor especially the rural side where I am living now.If someone pays tuition fee and internet fee at the same time no one can afford in Ethiopia.Thank you very much your ministry is a blessing and profitable in God's kingdom.

I have had the opportunity and privilege of serving with two (2) International Leadership Institute National Conferences in both Kenya and India. In both of those conferences, I had the opportunity to meet some of the nicest and most sincere authentic Christian leaders that I have ever had the pleasure to get to know. Their level of enthusiasm and energy for God and Christianity was unbelievable, and yet very real!

One of the most emotional sessions (for me) while in Kenya involved servant leadership, which concluded with a foot washing – a Spirit led and Spirit filled event – very emotional for many. The level of visible enthusiasm and love of God among the participant was truly tangible and contagious – making each of us very thankful and humble.

One of the questions that always runs thru one’s mind is whether or not the attendees are understanding what you are talking about due primarily to language differences. Well I had that question answered for me during my trip to India. Coming from a corporate background, I am always looking for feedback during a presentation – as a result of cultural differences, Indians do not provide feedback or ask many questions. On the final day while presenting certificates, one of the attendees mentioned me by name in thanking us for lessens provided. Two of our group leaders looked at me and smiled, then later pointed out that God had made sure – despite language and technical difficulties – that the men in the class had learned what He wanted them to know.

While the goal of ILI is to educate new Christian leaders – and they do a great job at that – one of the side benefits is that they reenergize your Christian beliefs and enthusiasm for God!

I have really enjoyed being a part of the ILI community. Despite being a mature believer I learned so much from the 8 core values and then had an opportunity to join a prayer group with people from around the country. They consistently utilizes various platforms to keep us in the loop with what is going own at a global scale and how we can be involved. My perspective of how God is moving has greatly shifted as I hear the testimony of those around the world and has given me more focus in my prayer life. The Eight Core values that ILI is founded on are essential to everyday life, not just for me as an individual but for all those I come in contact with as I serve. The History makers class that I participated in linked me to two prayer groups that I am now active in. My intimacy with God has grown since participating with ILI, and the online classes they offer. This organization states clearly its mission statement and lives it out. This is apparent in those who represent the company. Leaders that are trained in the Eight Core Values by the ILI team walk away with a greater understanding of what it means to truly follow Christ.

It has been a privilege to work in the ILI office the past two years. Being in my role, I hear countless testimonies of the lives that have been transformed after attending one of ILI's training events. In 2018 at a training event in Nevada, USA, I witnessed firsthand how powerful the Eight Core Values are for equipping leaders. ILI truly is a global family that is pursuing the Kingdom by equipping leader to accelerating the spread of the Gospel.

Truly a life giving/changing experience and ministry! I am fortunate enough to have been involved with four ILI Conferences in South Asia over the last four years. Through these experiences, I have met and become friends with people from multiple countries. Through this ministry, I have been able to worship with peoples from all sorts of demographics... rich, poor, oppressed, thriving, etc. I no longer see people through my prejudiced eyes... I now try to see them through God's heart. These experiences have opened my eyes and my heart to the beauty of God's creation and His children from all over the world.

Thanks to ILI, I remain in contact with my brothers and sisters from all over the world. We are able to provide encouragement to each other, especially during the trying times of today. In fact, ILI has proven to lay a network of believers who are able to support each other with the essentials of life such as food distribution. ILI alumni stay in contact and provide funding or food to each other for those in need around their villages. It's truly amazing to see how this organization has grown over the years and how its network of alumni band together to overcome the failings of this world and shine God's light in the darkness.

Getting to partner with ILI for many years has been a big blessing to my life. Their mission and vision are the driving force behind the organization, but it is truly their team of leaders from around the world who humbly and obediently walk with God each day to fulfill the Great Commission that make this organization so special. Their process is to invest Eight Core Values of Effective Christian Leaders into the lives of Christians around the world, many of whom do not have access to reliable and Biblical content in their nation, giving them the tools necessary to be a leader in their nation/community that spreads the Gospel to those around them.

I attended an ILI conference early on in my walk with the Lord and was transformed by the material, teaching and heart of this equipping ministry. I learned how to lead like Jesus has called me to through the practical and spiritual lessons in the eight core values. The core values are transferable to the business space and have enhanced my leadership at work, too. I’m so grateful for the ILI community and how I have been challenged, supported and encouraged by so many. This nonprofit is changing lives and changing history.

I have had the privilege of serving International Leadership Institute Inc. (ILI) in two different capacities, as a Board member for two terms and as a participant /presenter in various Conferences . During my time on The Board of ILI, I experienced this organization move from the early stages of existence through explosive growth. ILI was birthed based on a clear need and surrounded by prayer and Spirit led plans which resulted in a very clear vision and the eight core values that are the foundation of ILI . While the what - the eight core values have never changed, the how has constantly evolved by focusing on key age groups, better techniques, cultural needs, technological change just to name a few. In addition a key part of the success has been a strategic plan that is both comprehensive and inspirational resulting in efficient and effective growth during the last several years.

My time as a conference participant has been transformational, giving me an opportunity to experience the power of The Holy Spirit working in my life as well as seeing lives changed. ILI is an excellent organization that does a very good job in fulfilling its stated mission and goals. Well over 30,000 participants are trained each year and most of them have their lives significantly changed. I heartily endorse this organization.

I have volunteered with numerous non-profits over the years, helping them implement and maintain their client and donor databases. ILI is visionary in using current technology to frugally, effectively, and efficiently support the work they do. ILI understands the value added to the donor dollar by staying technically current and savvy. Next I attended a Regional conference organised by phyilis where I met friends from all over Kenya ,others from Uganda and US. Then the same training was detailedly fought and I learned a great deal . I organised a second trading for all the overseers and Bishops from my city. 14 attended. When I first attended ILI classes back in Mombasa, Kenya, it was by coincident God was calling me into the teaching ministry and I was compiling the relevant materials for the beginners class. My target was to reach out to the unschooled pastors and church leaders. I organized two the training in our church and later with a group of local pastors at Likoni sub County and since that time I have continued to teach the 8 cores values of leadership character to church leaders. This training revolutionized my leadership and ability and sharpened my passion for Christ and ministry. I know i was to attend the next level of training which i would like to attend if given the opportunity. May the Lord bless you for the good work

I am proud to support ILI’s work in multiplying and facilitating the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. ILI trains pastors and lay leadership worldwide equipping them to spread the the message of salvation, then challenges them to host training on both local and national levels, thus multiplying their efforts. This format allows local customs and methods of communication, interaction, and understanding to provide the most inspirational experiences to motivate Individuals.

ILI has benefited may leaders in Indonesia. Many leaders work very hard and need to develop their leadership capacity so they can enhance their ministries and build up more leaders. And ILI has made it possible.

ILI completely changed my paradigm for missions as I saw firsthand the viability of all believers becoming equipped to share the gospel in a transformational way. Now having put this into practice over nearly a decade, I can attest to the efficacy of practicing and teaching the Eight Core Values of our Christian faith around the world.

International Leadership Institute (ILI) is a wonderful organization that trains Christian leaders around the world. The impact of this training is almost immeasurable as these leaders return to their cities and villages and share this training with many so that the Gospel is multiplied many times over. Countless lives have been forever changed because of the efforts of ILI workers all over the world. I am a proud father as my daughter is the Creative Director for ILI.
