I have had the privilege of serving International Leadership Institute Inc. (ILI) in two different capacities, as a Board member for two terms and as a participant /presenter in various Conferences . During my time on The Board of ILI, I experienced this organization move from the early stages of existence through explosive growth. ILI was birthed based on a clear need and surrounded by prayer and Spirit led plans which resulted in a very clear vision and the eight core values that are the foundation of ILI . While the what - the eight core values have never changed, the how has constantly evolved by focusing on key age groups, better techniques, cultural needs, technological change just to name a few. In addition a key part of the success has been a strategic plan that is both comprehensive and inspirational resulting in efficient and effective growth during the last several years.
My time as a conference participant has been transformational, giving me an opportunity to experience the power of The Holy Spirit working in my life as well as seeing lives changed. The result of these conferences has literally been a powerful community of alumni who are empowered to take this program to the ends of the earth. God has and will continue to bless this ministry as long as the leadership remains true to the eight core values and prayerfully listens for new and and better ways to "accelerate the spread of the Gospel through leaders of leaders empowered by The Holy Spirit.
ILI is an excellent organization that does a very good job in fulfilling its stated mission and goals. Well over 30,000 participants are trained each year and most of them have their lives significantly changed. I heartily endorse this organization.
I have volunteered with numerous non-profits over the years, helping them implement and maintain their client and donor databases. ILI is visionary in using current technology to frugally, effectively, and efficiently support the work they do. ILI understands the value added to the donor dollar by staying technically current and savvy. It is a joy to work with them and watch their ability to achieve decision driving data mining and to maximize office staff work. Besides my time, I give financially to this organization over others I work with because I know my money is used well.
I'm ILI alumni. The Lord used ILI to make positive impact on my life and my leadership skills. When I was attend an ILI conference I cast a vision for my life and my leadership. After that I get clear vision and mission. I set a goal too for my life. I start a new way and I feel I am on the right track in my life.
I was attend the Conference on the right time and I am very happy for that.

Had the privilege of serving with the international leadership institute in Nigeria for 11 years and have trained over 11,000 leaders across churches and the market place. The impact is tremendous and they continue to change lives with the eight core values of effective leadership.
I have the pleasure of working with the International Leadership Institute in several different countries around the world. Without exception, my experience with the personnel and the resources provided by ILI are outstanding in every way. They are making a tremendous impact in the lives of individuals as they are equipped to provide leadership in their respective places of work and ministry.
How do you choose to support a non profit? Sometimes you don’t choose , you get lead and know that it’s purpose is beyond what anyone can state. You see the fruit that it bears. The lives that have been changed.
Sometimes you know you are involved in something so much bigger than yourself. As a humbled member of ILI who has been blessed to go and lead others in the 8 core values. You see firsthand the impact it has on those who attend the conferences. Unlike many conferences, these build everyday on supplying unbelievable tools to those who are working for the Kingdom! The excitement and clarity for each one attending is amazing. By the end of the conference you can feel the energy and fortitude of those who will impact their churches and their regions.
The Greater Power is at work!
I believe in this non profits mission. I believe it is God anointed because I have seen and witnessed its fruit.

My name is Shankar Shikdar. I am from a very traditional Hindu family. In 1990 I had a great kidney problem and severe pain in my abdomen and admitted into Memorial Christian Hospital, Cox’s Bazar. The doctor gave me 2 options: the first option was to do the operation but no certainty and the second option was to pray to God only. I and my brother choose the second option. The Doctor and my brother prayed for me and our family. I then submitted myself to Christ at that moment and it was on April 16, 1990. After 4 days I was completely well and returned home. The Doctor was amazed to see my unexpected healings. A great miracle happened in my life. A great joy fulfilled my heart. I thought I returned home as a new man. I started going to church regularly. After 2 years, I and my 2 younger sisters were baptized on the same day by Pastor Anup Dio. It was on September 11, 1992. Since then we are no longer the follower of Satan, we become a member of the royal family where Jesus Christ is the King of all kings. 1981 to 1992 long 12 years I had to fight with my mind to come out from the traditional Hindu Society.
It was the 9th of November 1999: my old father accepted Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior. And after 6 months my mother received Christ. How great victory is that all the members of a family get redeemed from sin! A great learning from here is that great crisis is the way to enjoy the great victory! It was the result of our long prayer.
Presently our parents are enjoying in Heaven with God. God has given us all strength to with the rest souls or the community. Now we have a church in the middle of the Hindu community. In addition, we have formal children school, music ministry to teach church worship team some more ministries to glorify God.
Kindly pray for us and our ministry

Blessings for Humanity
When I first attended ILI classes back in Mombasa, Kenya, it was by coincident God was calling me into the teaching ministry and I was compiling the relevant materials for the beginners class. My target was to reach out to the unschooled pastors and church leaders. I organized two the training in our church and later with a group of local pastors at Likoni sub County and since that time I have continued to teach the 8 cores values of leadership character to church leaders. This training revolutionized my leadership and ability and sharpened my passion for Christ and ministry. I know i was to attend the next level of training which i would like to attend if given the opportunity. May the Lord bless you for the good work
I am proud to support ILI’s work in multiplying and facilitating the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. ILI trains pastors and lay leadership worldwide equipping them to spread the the message of salvation, then challenges them to host training on both local and national levels, thus multiplying their efforts. This format allows local customs and methods of communication, interaction, and understanding to provide the most inspirational experiences to motivate Individuals.
ILI has benefited may leaders in Indonesia. Many leaders work very hard and need to develop their leadership capacity so they can enhance their ministries and build up more leaders. And ILI has made it possible.
ILI completely changed my paradigm for missions as I saw firsthand the viability of all believers becoming equipped to share the gospel in a transformational way. Now having put this into practice over nearly a decade, I can attest to the efficacy of practicing and teaching the Eight Core Values of our Christian faith around the world.
International Leadership Institute (ILI) is a wonderful organization that trains Christian leaders around the world. The impact of this training is almost immeasurable as these leaders return to their cities and villages and share this training with many so that the Gospel is multiplied many times over. Countless lives have been forever changed because of the efforts of ILI workers all over the world. I am a proud father as my daughter is the Creative Director for ILI.
My life and career has been positively transformed. I attended the ILI National Training in the year 2011 at Mariapolis Centre in Nairobi, Kenya. Since then I have trained, together with others, more than 2,000 leaders, I have had personal life transformation experience in family, finances and ministry. I have set goals and objectives that are SMART and have realized 50% of the Long-term goals achieved.
Many Leaders in Kenya have found ILI to be a practical Training that has great impacts on the individual Leaders as well as those that they are leading.
The photo below shows how a Member of county Assembly, a Lecturer and some great Leaders of Machakos County in Kenya have embraced the training and mobilised their Leaders to participate.
I am Greatly blessed to be part of ILI team in south Asia.
