Mission: The purpose of the carroll aspiring stage theatrics, inc is a) to promote the performing arts in carroll county and surrounding communities by staging and/or sponsoring theater productions of the highest quality. B) to provide an optimal educational experience in theater through workshops, seminars and other related activities. C) to promote the cultural growth of theater arts through the mutual exchange of knowledge and resources for community theater individuals and/or other companies. D) to create a broad and general interest in the theatrical arts.
Programs: Theater productions were made available to the general public. Educational opportunities were provided through workshops and other related activities.
