Causes: Education, Scholarships, Scholarships & Student Financial Aid, Two-Year Colleges, Undergraduate Colleges
Mission: To support the educational endeavors of the students and to enhance the college's efforts to benefit the communities of the college district.
Programs: Scholarships -to provide financial support to carl sandburg college (sandburg) students. Approx 324 scholarships were awarded based on general need and/or academic requirements. Scholarships are applied to the student accounts at csc. Scholarship awards are divided equally between the fall and spring semesters.
mini-grants - preference is given to one-time projects and equipment requests that directly impact a large number of persons, particularly students. Need, measurable outcomes, and likelihood of success are important factors. Organized sandburg student groups, faculty, and instructional departments of csc may submit applications.
