My wife recently (2/9/15) dropped of donations and realized after 1 1/2hrs. her coupon book WITH her store cards inside was missing. It had been mistakenly dropped into the donation box by another individual. She called immediately after realizing it was missing she called and spoke to Irene. She confirmed seeing it mentioning all of the coupons inside. They "could not locate the book". It had been checked in, but not checked out. My implication is that someone took it KNOWING the individual was asking about it. Who knowingly donates their savers cards??
Find a better, more reputable place to donate your goods. This is not the place.
