Mission: Since 1979, Career Options has administered employment and training programs for youth and adults in Pinellas County, Florida. Our current active program is affiliated with YouthBuild USA, providing comprehensive vocational skills and leadership development for youth ages 16-24. As our Mission Statement says, in part, Career Options dares to provide education and training to those citizens most in need such as drop outs, hard to educate, hard to employ, and hard to serve. At this time, we are seeking funds to expand the basic leadership, work maturity and community involvement activities to Middle School age and adults over age 24. Our programs result in steps in the right direction toward self-sufficiency and economic independence.
