Mission: Allow the local workforce to increase their job prospects through continuing education. This is achieved through training sessions to either further a student's expertise in their current career or give them the skills necessary to change careers.
Programs: Independent organizations and individuals are contracted from outside to manage the daily operations, teach classes and reimburse for travel for the career development center.
