Mission: The Career Action Center was founded in 1973 to provide information and education to women seeking to improve their worklives. Over 25 years the Center has evolved, and now provides both men and women with resources to help them achieve success and satisfaction in their careers. Our community Resource Center in Cupertino, California serves over 5,000 members per year through its resource library, counseling and coaching sessions, support groups and workshops.
Programs: The CAC includes a Resource Library, career counseling and coaching, educational workshops with a career focus, support groups, and programs to individuals through organizations who purchase services. Our mission is to create a resilient workforce through advancing individual Career self-reliance.
