Mission: Care institute group, inc. Was incorporated as an indiana non-stock, nonprofit corporation on october 28, 1993. Cig provides for the general welfare and promotes the health of members of the community by providing centralized executive and administrative services to affiliated nonprofit corporations that provide healthcare services to the community, including establishing, owning, maintaining, and operating residential assisted living facilities designed to meet the housing, health, and financial security needs of the elderly. The function of cig is to provide a single, coordinated home office for the affiliated members. The primary source of gross receipts of cig is a home office fee from each of the operating entities. All the ownership functions of the affiliated operating entities are performed by cig.
