Mission: The california employer advisory council is an independent non-profit organization that works with the employment development department (edd) to improve the quality of employment services in california.
Programs: Ceac provided a management hotline service to its members. The hotline received more than 100 contacts per month. All of the calls were answered by an attorney with expertise in human resources and employment law. The ceac also organized an annual employment law conference in sacramento for its members.
