Mission: Cabrini center for nursing and rehabilitation, inspired by the mission and vision of st. Frances xavier cabrini, was committed to providing services for elders and others in the community, through quality programs and services, offered with compassion and respect for each individual.
Programs: Cabrini center for nursing and rehabilitation ("ccnr"), ceased operations in june of 2012. The closure resulted from the sale of the property at 542 east 5th street by the landlord to a developer who will renovate the property and convert it to housing units. The closure plan was approved by the state department of health and included the sale of 156 nursing home beds to boro park.
