Mission: The mission of the business leadership council is to advocate to chicago land corporations, non-profits, local, county and state governments about the importance of doing significant business with african-american owned firms on a consistent and on-going basis,which benefits the community.
Programs: To advocate for african american financial and political capital accumulation in proportion to its population to facilitate the growth and advancement of african american owned and/or controlled businesses of scale.
