Mission: Patient/client assistance:assisting clients who do not have the full financial means to pay for their pet's neurologic care. Funding continuing education:twice a year, the rascal foundation will sponsor continuing education for local veterinarians to further their knowledge of neurologic disease in veterinary medicine. Assisting rescue organizations with animals in need of neurological expertise:in conjunction with rescue organizations, the rascal foundation will offer educational seminars to the general public on breed specific neurological disease and care.
