Our story is no different than many other parents out there. Our son was struggling to adapt to new environments, and we didn't know why or how to help him. This lead us to a very stressful time and we needed help. Building All Children provided us a safe place to assess, pray, and cry for our child. Nothing is more painful than seeing your child struggle and a parent feeling helpless. Building All Children gave us a path to find the right people to help our son. The work they are doing in Tulsa is vital.
I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Building All Children. They’ve literally changed how our family functions and I can say I feel like I we are going to be ok! They assessed my older son who was struggling with emotions. They taught me how he learned and more affective ways to teach and communicate with him. My middle child was having some behavioral problems at preschool that were escalating and I didn’t know what to do. BAC assessed him in their office and at school. They determined what areas he was struggling with and needed to be addressed. From there they connected us with the resources that could help him be successful. They empowered me as a mother, they prayed for my family, they provided us with the resources we needed to help my son. A year later, he is in pre-K and enjoying school and doing fantastic! I’m not sure where we would be had I not sought out the help from Building All Children. Forever grateful!!
