Mission: To brighten helena, montana and elevate the human spirit through live theatre and theatre education.
Programs: Grandstreet is montana's premiere community theatre with more than 40 years of continuous service. Sustained by more than 300 volunteers from an exceptionally talented population, we produce 10-12 plays and musicals each season in a beautifully preserved 200-seat turn-of-the-century romanesque granite church and an additional 45-seat black box studio. Performances bring approximately 19,493 in total attendance per year. Nestled at the base of the rocky mountains in a small but thriving arts community, grandstreet enjoys tremendous public support and regularly produces some of the best live theatre in the northwest. We boast a membership roster of more than 800 people.
