Mission: Bright horizons is dedicated to the elimination of domestic violence and sexual assault through empowerment, education, social action and support services.
Programs: Domestic violence and sexual assault victim assistance. Bright horizons served 1,176 individuals. We sheltered 142 individuals (unduplicated) and provided 6,027 shelter beds. The organization had 4,117 crisis calls, calls for services, etc. And presented 43 times in the community, reaching 775 individuals. The organization had 95 volunteers that contributed 10,274 hours.
we began a campus advocacy program and now have an advocate on campus at northeast community college.
