Programs: The organization partnered with the bremerton parks and recreation department in a project to upgrade existing play structures and provide additional play elements at lions park. The organization provided one-half of the funding ($32,669) towards the cost of the upgrades and additional play elements. The existing zip-line ride was replaced with a new zip-line with a tracked system.

cash donation to the boys & girls club of south puget sound for continuing assistance in the construction of a teen center, which is the first phase of a 7-acre youth wellness campus to be located on 44 acres in east bremerton, washington with land owned by the bremerton school district. The foundation pledged to donate $50,000 over a 5-year period toward the cost of this project. This $10,000 donation is the fifth and final installment of the original $50,000 pledge. The purpose of the teen center is to create a destination palce for middle and high school youth after school and during the summer months.

the organization made 11 additional grants during the fiscal year to support the following organizations and programs: 1) 6 scholarships totalling $5,000 for qualified students to attend universities in arizona, oregon, and washington; 2) $6,079 grant to the bremerton-kure sister city program in support of its international exchange program; 3) $3,971 grant to eastside baby corner to facilitate the purchase of awnings for its supply/distribution facility; 4) $500 grant to project new hope to assist veterans and their families with ptsd; 5) $1,500 grant to the bremerton symphony association to support its music education program for students; 6) $200 grant to the nw lion eyeglass recycle center for operations support; 7) $500 grant to seeds of grace to support its charitable operations; 8) $500 grant to corey's day on the farm to support its service projects; 9) $250 grant to care to support its education programs; 10) $500 grant to camp leo to support its education programs; 11) $520 grant to the seattle sluggers in support of its chess education program.
