Mission: To engage in philanthropic activities to support the mission & purposes of epbh, which are to provide a range of family-focused high quality health care to infants, children & young adults with emotional disorders & developmental disabilities.
Programs: During fiscal year 2017, the foundation transferred $616,650 in funds raised to epbh to support renovations of the interior and exterior of the main entrance area of the laufer building on the east providence, rhode island campus of epbh.
through the development and administration of philanthropic activities, the foundation is able to transfer various funds raised to epbh to support its operating activities, which in turn benefit the rhode island community. For example, in fiscal year 2017, the most notable operating activities of epbh that the foundation supported included: (1) the implementation of the rhode island child psychiatry access project of the pediatric referral consultant clinic (perc) on aquidneck island; (2) the co-occurring disorders program; (3) the outpatient clinic; and (4) the pediatric mood imaging neuro development program (pedimind).
