Mission: To create a brighter future for our diverse communities by sharing scoutings' positive core values with all the youth and families of our tri-county area.
Programs: The council instills in young people lifetime values and ethical character as expressed in the scout oath and law. The council trains young people in citizenship, service, and leadership. The council serves over 4,000 young people annually.
