Causes: Boy Scouts of America, Children & Youth
Mission: To instill values in young people and prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime while achieving their full potential by following the scout oath and law.
Programs: Program activities that satisfy the needs of youths and allow them to provide service to the community as a whole including eagle scouts and scouting for food.
year-round scout camp for youths. Served approximately 3,000 youths and 600 adults.
national jamboree. An event that is held every four years that provides opportunities for youth and leaders to participate in program events, activities and attractions focusing on the activities of scouting such as: physical fitness, conservation, ecology, and the universal spirit of brotherhood. Sent 36 scouts and 4 adults.
