Causes: Job Training
Mission: To recruit, train, place in jobs, further the education, and advance the careers of chronically unemployed individuals.
Programs: Counseling, training and employment services for economically disadvantaged young men and women in the greater boston area. During 2014, 176 program participants graduated from the two training centers. During 2014 310 program participants were placed in jobs. The core training curriculum includes computer literacy, ged (general equivalency diploma) instructions, and college prep courses.
