Mission: Our mission is to live out our christian faith by providing decent, safe, sanitary, and attractive affordable housing to low- and moderate-income households, with an emphasis on serving those with special needs.
Programs: Bluestem develops housing programs for low-income individuals and families. We own 273 units of affordable housing in illinois. We have an emphasis on serving households with special needs. Currently, we own and operate 48 units of permanent supportive housing for people with disabilities. Many of our tenants are extremely low-income and need support services to remain housed.
