Mission: Blue water young professionals was created to be a catalyst of community enhancement for the blue water area by collaborating with fellow forward- thinking, community-oriented individuals who are active in the civic, social and business activities in our region.
Programs: In 2014 the blue water young professionals continued to be actively involved in the black river walk project. A design contest sponsored by the blue water young professionals helped select benches and bike racks to be fabricated in an effort to enhance placemaking.
in 2014 the blue water young professionals were asked to compete in one of the local community college's alumni fundraiser hockey games. The game helped promote the group.
during 2014, the blue water young professionals organized several small events in an effort to showcase our group and promote community enhancement.
