Mission: Since 1976, Blue Apple Players, Inc. has produced over 35 musicals for young audiences that have provided rich, professional arts experiences for children in underserved areas. These shows, written by co-founder Geraldine Ann Snyder, address such simple issues as honesty, kindness, and perseverance as well as more sensitive topics like adolescent suicide, teen pregnancy, gangs, runaways, prejudice, violence, and child sexual abuse. Each production is an original story or adaptation designed to ignite imaginations and ultimately create "doers of good deeds" in future generations.
