Mission: Dedicated to improving the lives of the people we serve by providing quality, innovative mental health care.
Programs: The mental health services program's objective is to provide a variety of mental health services to people in black hawk and grundy counties at nor or low cost based upon a sliding fee. During 2016, the center's outpatient services provided over 20,000 initial evaluations, individual and group therapy and medication management services to approximately 6,000 individuals. The center also provided services to the homeless, school based and community based individuals, nursing triage services, patient assistance medications, peer support services and an integrated mental health home.
