Mission: Biomedical research and education foundation of southern arizona is a non-profit corporation established to facilitate safe biomedical and health service research and clinical staff education at the southern arizona va health care system (savahcs) for the benefit of veteran patients.
Programs: In support of research week, brefsa provided lunch for investigators and local staff at the research forum presentation. In recognition of 50 years of collaborative research between the southern arizona veterans health care systems and the university of arizona, brefsa hosted the event titled a history of research and collaboration; savahcs and the university of arizona college of medicine-tucson.
