Biomed sa recognizes industry innovators at its annual award for innovation in healthcare & bioscience dinner and updates its stakeholders on local industry accomplishments at its annual membership breakfast. In addition, biomed sa represents san antonio's healthcare and bioscience sector at national and international industry conferences, sponsors regional industry meetings, and works to attract industry conferences to san antonio to bring added recognition and opportunities to the city's healthcare and bioscience sector. Biomed sa also compiles information on san antonio biomedical assets and capabilities to attract outside companies and talent to san antonio and provides its members with strategic introductions to peers in related fields for potential collaboration. Biomed sa also brings community officials to visit local companies to form beneficial relationships and connect companies with available community resources.
