Mission: Mosaic Community Development was started in June, 2001 as an offshoot of Mosaic Community. The need for an organization such as MCD was made clear by speaking with local residents. Our ultimate goal is to have the services in place to work with somebody through the process of getting off the streets and getting a job and a place to live.
