6th annual education symposium where approximately 150 students & adults attended. Mentors in multiple sectors such as state representatives, mayor of missouri city, community college trustees, cpa, job development & college/career counselor conducted presentations.
mobile volunteer income tax assistance (vita) free tax preparation at houston community college (hcc), hcc-alief-hayes, hcc-stafford, hcc-northline, & hcc-brays oaks for taxpayers in the low-to-moderate income bracket. Provided virtual tax returns for taxpayers not at physical vita sites.
