BLCC helps to train and socialize rescue dogs to help them become adoptable. They work with different shelters and rescues to help the volunteers become a better pack leader.

Mission: The mission is to rescue and restore dogs out of desperate situations
Programs: Veterinary care -provided regular & emergency vet care for all dogs within our rescue & to a handful of dogs who would've been surrendered
caring & housing use boarding facilities short term when we don't have enough foster families
dog training dog trainers and animal behaviorists who work with each dog on basic obedience & any behavior issues. Provide training to the adoptive family as part of the adoption agreement. Also provide training to individuals who otherwise would have to surrender their dog
