Causes: Children & Youth, Youth Development
Mission: To motivate, uplift and empower girls to be productive citizens in their lives and within the community.
Results: The girls we have mentored in the past and present have graduated high school and are now in college. Our girls are excelling in every area of their lives with high grade point averages and truly blossoming into beautiful butterflies and focusing on career goals for the future.

Direct beneficiaries per year: 40 girls in the Cody Rouge District
Geographic areas served: The City of Detroit
Programs: Build a Better Me, Build a better Future Program and She said Yes Campaign. These programs help girls build their self-esteem, sisterhood friendships and social issues girls face in their communities.
LA'DE MENTORING Organization has done Great Work with Youth & Teen Girls in The Cody Rouge District. The Founder Stephanie Strickland is an active Community Activist since 2010 and President Michelle Dawson career in Social work helps identify what strategies are required to meet the needs are girls live with daily.
