christmas charities-puyallup elks raise funds and organize a program geared towards helping less fortunate families provide a healthy and joyous christmas. Funds are raised through various various fundraising activities and various local vendors provide discounting on food and toys to be organized into "christmas baskets" for the receiving families. Families are nominated by elks members and also may request assistance directly from the lodge.
