Mission: To optimize health and independence. Behome is dedicated to excellence, creating value for patients, customers, employees, and the community through the delivery of expert, compassionate, and innovative care; to share the vision of working collaboratively with patients, their families, and their physicians to promote health and independent living wherever the patients call home; to measure success by the satisfaction of its patients.
Programs: Primarily funded by self-pay and third party insurance sources. Nursing, lpn, and homemaker/home health aide services are offered to patients requiring treatment and medical care. Personal care services are also provided to persons not requiring skilled care. A total of approximately 31,280 hours of private duty services were provided for the six months ending june 30, 2017.
