Programs: 2017 saw the completion of a 13th season of the chill on the hill concert series in humboldt park, and the continuation of pumpkin pavilion, winter blast and other community programming. 2017 also saw the start of our southside soup program with 3 soup event attracting over 250 participants, presenters, and attendees
