The organization conducts an annual conference where members attend professional seminars and tour exhibit booths sponsored by related vendors. The organization also hold meetings for professional education requirements.

This helps the officers in conducting their fiduciary duties and obligations and promoting the goals for which the organization was established. In addition, the organization contracts with professionals for tax preparation and banking to aid the officers in making sure that the organization is in compliance.
