the booc youth center (byc) summer program provides intensive outreach to youth ages 9-18 via stem programming, educational activities, mentorship, life skills education, employability readiness, and physical fitness. The program offers multiple youth discounts and scholarships to dolton youth and youth in the surrounding communities of phoenix, riverdale, dixmoor and harvey.
booc-botics is a stem driving program made available to youth in dolton and surrounding communities by booc and the first robotics program. Booc-botics incorporates a hands-on method of learning, training youth to become leaders, while introducing youth to the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (stem).
