Causes: Community Mental Health Centers, Mental Health, Mental Health Treatment, Residential Mental Health Treatment, Substance Abuse Dependency, Prevention & Treatment
Mission: Mission Statement: To improve the lives of individuals and families bridging the gap to a successful life. Vision: An Equitable society where individuals and families can live with respect, dignity, and fairness. Enable access to opportunities that allow them to reach their potential in a just and non-biased environment. Goal: Our goal is to be the bridge between recovery from mental health, substance use, the justice system, and trauma-related issues. Assisting members get back on their feet by providing case management services, family reintegration, referral to community services, educational services, and counseling services.
Results: We have acquired office furniture and computers from donors and we are set to start operations anytime.
Target demographics: to support communities that have been afflicted by the drug epidemic, and families that have lost love ones and been traumatized by the life of seeing loved ones being rendered useless by drug and alcohol use, inability to get effective help for their loved ones and the shame of having failed their loved ones. We aim to bridge the gap in disparities-mental health, healthcare resources and case management to enable the community to get back on their feet after, recovery from substance use, incarceration and trauma loosing families/children.
Direct beneficiaries per year: We are a new organization and hope to help enough individuals by the end of the years.
