Mission: Aurora at Home provides health care solutions that enable people to remain independent within their communities.
Target demographics: People who have experienced a stroke or have been diagnosed with cancer, renal disease, pulmonary disease or heart disease may want to consider hospice care.
Geographic areas served: Our hospice program is designed to help adults and children with a variety of conditions. We'll work with you in your home or a nursing home, assisted living center or hospital.
