Programs: Conferences and workshops:the organization conducts small regional trainings as well as a large national conference to support users and potential users of direct instruction. This training is on specific curricula as well as on general teaching or supervision strategies.
publications:for the benefit of our members adi publishes the journal of direct instruction once a year and the direct instruction news three times a year. These publications disseminate information about the successful use of direct instruction.
grants and awards:adi has a program in place for recognition of excellence in education. Awards are made to students, teachers, researchers and entire schools each year.
