Mission: Aspire's mission is to support children and adults with developmental and similar disabilities, helping them to live their lives to the fullest by providing individualized assistance based on personal choices.
Programs: Housing and residential services offering many different types of homes, the division of housing and residential promotes opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to live in a setting that best meets their needs and desires. Aspire operates over 40 group homes in erie and chautauqua counties and provides at home services as well. Services provided include community habilitation and respite based on the individual's needs.

Started in 1947, our children's services offer a wide range of programs to children with disabilities and their families. The aspire center for learning provides a comprehensive and individualized set of programs for children from birth through age 21. Occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, vision, health and education services are delivered at the school as related services or part of a complete program. Our family-centered approach means we'll partner with families, school districts and counties to provide an individual education program (iep) that enhances each child's growth, independence and community participation. Day services focus on supporting individualized goals and dreamsthrough diversified services. It also includes programs that helpindividuals pursue educational, recreational and employment goals. Services provided include: community enhanced learning, community volunteer opportunities, creative art expression, ged/continuing education, personal wellness, personalized day habilitation, social & recreational opportunities and technology support.

Self-directed services (sds) is a program for individuals who are eligible for opwdd services and who are enrolled in the home and community based services (hcbs) waiver which provides for greater involvement of individuals in designing supports based on their unique strengths and needs. It gives individuals more control over the funding used to buy their services. Sds involves assistance from a fiscal intermediary to plan and manage budgets and spending and brokers to assist with selection of supports, progress towards accomplishing identified goals, and participant satisfaction, as well as involvement by the individual's natural circle of support. Other services include; clinic services, family health care, assistive technology networking, comprehensive services, mental health services, psychiatry and psychology services, counseling, rehabilitation services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, neurological services, podiatry services, physiatry/orthotic services, assistive technology, augmentative communication, seating and mobility assistance, women's health services, children's clinical services, self directed, fiscal intermediary services and many more.
