To provide a path for underserved youth to achieve higher education, citizen leadership, and self-sufficiency through paid employment in the creative economy. To cooperate with other charitable organizations, foundations and government entities through grants and otherwise which are working to develop communities that are conducive to developing and supporting arts and humanities programs.
