Mission: The Arc of the Bluegrass, Inc. began in 1956. The mission of the agency is to provide services to persons with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities. We are an affiliate of the Arc-US. As a licensed provider of group and residential homes in Kentucky, we are certified through HUD to provide housing to persons with disabilities, and we are a certified Medicaid provider. The goal is to assist persons to reach their maximum potential for independence in their lives.
