Mission: The mission of the arc of delaware is to improve and enhance the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The arc fulfills its mission and meets the needs of our of our cilents through an integrated approach to providing services. Arc programs are designed to combat social and economic inequalities and include: housing, employment, case management and outreach, advocacy, self-advocacy and social and recreational activities.
Programs: In 2014, the arc owned 81 group homes thoughout the state that are home to 322 people with intellectual and developmetal disabilities.
