Mission: The mission of the arc minnesota is to promote and protect the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and actively support their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
Programs: Housing access services - the arc minnesota helps eligible minnesota adults with disabilities seek and locate suitable, affordable, accessible housing.
public policy/civic engagement - the arc minnesota is a leader in influencing the development and implementation of public policies that affect the lives of people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families.
education and training - the arc minnesota provides extensive training to members and the public on issues impacting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. This includes training on county, state and federal programs and regulations, tools to help find medical services for which they might qualify, special education services, voter's rights, special needs trusts and transition & employment opportunities.
