Causes: Mental Health, Substance Abuse Dependency, Prevention & Treatment
Mission: To provide residential support services to homeless individuals and their families and those in long term recovery.
Programs: Transitioned 60 individuals from shelters to permanent supportive housing. Held week long slate of workshops and hiv testing for people in recovery. Training and certification for all staff as hep c testers. Participation in outreach projects throughout the city to bring homeless people off of the street into housing services. Sponsored three community days where food an other items were given out to the public. Held a health fair where over 20 community providers participated.
